Davina McCall has been left overwhelmed with emotion after her beloved dog was taken from a park in Tunbridge Wells then returned hours later.
The former Big Brother host begged fans for help on social media on Friday as she pleaded for the safe return of the missing pooch Bo.
The telly personality, 53, wrote to fans in anguish to reveal someone had contacted her to say they had witnessed Bo being taken by two women who had promised to hand him into a vet.
The presenter wrote to fans: “I know this is a long shot. My dog Bo was picked up in Tunbridge Wells by two ladies and they told someone who told me that they were taking her to a vet.
“She is chipped. I’ve called every vet locally 5 mile radius. Please let me know which vets . X please RT.”
Within two hours, Davina’s cry for help had worked after fans shared her plea.
Thankfully, Bo – who often features on Davina’s social media channels – was revealed to be safely in the custody of a dog warden.
The star filmed herself as she collected her beloved pooch on Friday afternoon.
Looking exhausted and overwhelmed, Davina beamed as she told fans: “I’ve got her, she’s in the back of the car.
“Thank you everybody for the retweets! She’s safe and sound.”
Davina, who is currently dating celebrity hairdresser Michael Douglas, has only recently moved to Kent.
She moved to a £3.4million property after divorcing ex-husband, former Pet Rescue star Matthew Robertson.
She had been poking fun at Donald Trump earlier in the day before poor Bo went missing.
She joked she would go into the White House to remove Trump in the same fashion she would evict members of the Big Brother house.
