Sinitta’s light blue knitwear allowed for a glimpse of her toned abs to be on display, while she completed her attire with black leather gloves.

She wore a blue bandana atop her long raven braids and shielded her face and mouth with a multicoloured facemask.

The former X Factor judge slung a black handbag over her shoulder while carrying her dog in one arm, and her pooch’s jacket with her other hand.

Sinitta’s outing comes after she gave an update on her pal Simon Cowell, 61, saying he has  reportedly gained weight and taken a break from his vegan diet to help recover from surgery on his broken back.
