Meet BoBo, Barretta and Caroline at PetSmart – Lifestyle – Gaston Gazette


SMALL DOG OF THE WEEK: BoBo, a 6 year-old Pomeranian mix weighs about 25 pounds. He needs an experienced pet owner. He can be a challenge at times because he has a stubborn streak. He has a beautiful coat of blonde hair but it has been shaved down. He is neutered, current on vaccines and micro-chipped.

DOG OF THE WEEK: Barretta, an American Pit Bull Terrier, is 3 years-old and weighs about 50 to 60 pounds. She is great with women and most men. She does not like other dogs so she must be an only dog. She is good inside and loves to cuddle on the couch. She is short and stocky and known as a “Pocket Pit.” She is spayed, current on vaccines and micro-chipped.

BIG DOG OF THE WEEK: Caroline, a Husky mix, is 4 years old, good with kids and loves both inside and outside. She is crate trained, house trained and knows basic commands. She has a beautiful tan and cream coat. She can climb fences. She is not good with other pets so she must be an only dog. She is playful and loves to romp around the yard. She is spayed, current on vaccines and micro-chipped.

MEET THEM: BoBo, Barretta, Caroline, and other pets will be at PetSmart from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, March 7, 3698 E. Franklin Blvd., Gastonia.

HOW TO HELP: Tri-County’s needs list includes towels, bleach, laundry detergent, paper towels, dry dog food and dry cat food. Donations can be sent to Tri-County Animal Rescue, PO Box 483, Alexis, NC 28006.
